Cancellation Policy for Fototech Portal

1. Subscription Cancellation:

Once payment for a subscription is processed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Please review your subscription choices carefully before making a payment.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for subscription fees after payment is completed. We recommend that you evaluate your subscription options and commitment period thoroughly before proceeding with payment.

3. Modifications to the Subscription Policy:

Fototech Portal reserves the right to modify or update this subscription policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Shipping and Refund Details

What shipping companies do we use?

fototechparivar.in use Delivery as its primary shipping partner. While our priority is for the safest and fastest delivery, Delivery globally known for its efficient shipping practices delivers 80% of our shipments in 1 to 2 business days, and for COD orders it does take 1-2 days additional for shipping. Alternatively, we use Bluedart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and Shree Tirupathi Couriers to ship our packages to pin codes that are not covered by Delivery and shipments to rural locations.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order from your MyAccount > Order Tracking page or from the tracking link we provide in the order shipped e-mail We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email / SMS under the following conditions: When your order is confirmed/processed /shipped/delivered or When your order shipment is delayed

How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?

We usually take between 2 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. We will notify you of your registered contact details via Email / SMS with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once the order has been dispatched.

How much do you charge for shipping the products?

The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at https://fototechparivar.in/ would include the product and courier charges. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order.

My order is out for delivery, but has not reached?

If the status is marked as “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, and is not delivered to you in the next 24 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us. We will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.

What do I do if my product is delivered to the wrong address?

In case, you discover that the Courier Company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us. We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.

Why is my order not delivered within the expected delivery date?

There could be a delay depending on your shipping address, courier services, and unfavorable climatic conditions. You can track your shipment from the courier company’s website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered Email/Contact number. If there's no update in shipment, please wait for 48 hours. Else, get in touch with our customer support team

Can I change the Shipping Address?

You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from the 'My Account' section If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from the 'My Account' section or contact us If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Address Book only for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your My Account > Address Book page and click on 'Edit'. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on 'Save'...

What is RTO?

'Return To Origin' or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order to your address but could not deliver the same due to any of the following reasons: Hence, it is shipped back to the sender.
  • •You are not available to receive the order.

  • •Your location is out of the delivery area of the courier.

  • •Payment is not ready with you at the time of delivery.

  • •Your address is not traceable.

  • •If so, order considered as cancel, and in case you pay amount as advance regarding this order, your amount will be returned after deducting the courier charges, taxes and other charges.

    Returns & Replacements

    What is the lifecycle of a return request?

  • •In case of a Damaged/Missing or incorrect Product, the Return request should be filed within 1 day of delivery.

  • •Once filed, the return request will be reviewed by https://fototechparivar.in/ for approval.

  • •After approval, the pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.

  • •If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by:https://fototechparivar.in/

  • •After the product is received, it is verified against your claim, and accordingly, a Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability else a refund will be provided.

    Under what conditions can I return/ replace my order?

  • •Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases

  • •Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style/ model.

  • •Wrong item ordered/ delivered

  • •Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, Replacement only. If the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)

  • •Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging

  • •Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts

  • •No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only

    Under what conditions returns/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • •Returns/ Replacement requests will not be accepted under the following cases

  • •If Products are Altered/ Used

  • •If the Product is returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)

  • •If the Serial Number has been tampered

  • •For Defective product that is covered under the Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 2 days of the Delivery

  • •For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 1 day of the delivery

  • •For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned on the Product page and Terms & Conditions page

    Which categories are not eligible for returns/ replacement?

    Categories that are not eligible for Returns/ Replacement are: Customized Products Software & Product Keys E-learning & Music CDs/ DVDs

    What is the best time to place a Return/ Replacement request?

    Return/Replacement request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 2 days of Order Delivery for the Wrong product or in case of non-receipt of Invoice & Warranty (for Electronics only). However, under the following conditions, Return Request should be filed within 1 day of Delivery:

  • •Damaged Product
  • •Missing Items

    To file a return request, refer to the My Account, Orders section, and click on the Return button on the selected order once the order is delivered to you. Our system automatically disables the returns button after a specific time.

    When do you initiate Pickup for Returns?

    Once your request to return an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated. Once a return is approved for pickup, an email will be sent to the registered email id for pick-up-related details. Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Please take care of the following points, while packing your product for Pickup -
  • •The product should not be used/altered/ tampered

  • •Keep the original price tag & packing slip intact

  • •Mention the Order Number on the box

  • •Take a video/picture of the returning item/packing.

  • •Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to our Pickup executive

  • •Keep the Courier Company's receipt for tracking purposes

  • •Please Note - https://fototechparivar.in/ shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage etc.

    What do I do if my area does not have a reverse pick-up service?

    If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The return address will be notified to you in a separate email, along with the packaging instructions and required documents. In the case of Self-Shipment, https://fototechparivar.in/ will reimburse your courier charges (up to Rs.500) in form of a Bank deposit. Please take care of the following-
  • •Mention the Order number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing it over to the Courier Representative

  • •Upload the courier receipt in My returns section or attach it to the confirmation email received after the return filing

  • •Track your Return Shipment on the Courier Company's Website

    How to claim a Return/ Replacement for products under Seller/ Manufacturer’s Warranty?

    You can claim the product’s warranty by calling or visiting the nearest Service Centre of the product's Brand For any issues, please contact us. *Some products are non-replaceable or non-returnable. Please check our Terms & Conditions page before making a purchase.

    Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?

    No, you don't need to pay anything to the courier representative if we arrange the pickup of your product. In case your address is not serviceable by our courier service providers, you need to self-ship the product to us (the address will be emailed to you). Courier charges will be reimbursed by us in the form of a deposit. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs.500. For availing reimbursement of courier charges, upload the courier receipt in the ‘HelpDesk' section or attach it to the confirmation email received after filing the return.

    How will I know that my Returned product has reached you?

    You will receive an email from us within 24-72 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details. You can track the package on the Courier Company's website.

    How much time does it take to replace an order?

    We initiate the replacement or refund within 2-3 working days of receiving the product at our center.

    When refunds against a return are initiated?

    Refunds are initiated when the order is rejected or returned unopened. An item is eligible for return and refund when a manufacturing defect is reported within 24 hours of the order delivery. If a return is initiated within 2 days, a replacement will be made. Refund is subjected to approval by fototech, based on approval amount will we settled with in 1 week to you’re account.
